Mission Statement:Providing nurturing, inclusive and supportive services for individuals to dream, and develop essential life skills. Success is created through building positive relationships and personalizing programs for each individual with access to resources. Cultivating all to build confidence and fly to their full potential.

1. We take youth safety seriously

All staff complete comprehensive community services, mental health first aid, mandating reporting, crisis intervention and suicide prevention protocol trainings before working one on one with clients.

2. Finding your best self

We actively follow the "Kids at Hope" pledge and train staff to be treasure hunters to "believe all children are capable of success, no exceptions!"

Recording all necessary successes and failures allows us to provide a thorough assessment and allocate information necessary to the team of the clients.

Bobbi Meier - Owner and Director of Soaring for Success, LLC

Has over 10 years of experience with youth. With an educational background in English and Language arts she successfully became a life skills coach and grew to adore the position of helping others. While working for Soaring for Success, Bobbi will provide activities, nutritional planning, and client specific engagement.

Cassandra Brish, Owner and Director for Soaring For Success, LLC

Has over 15 years of experience with youth in educational fields, and life skill coaching. With a Bachelors in integrated studies she has dappled with a little bit of everything in education, art, and psychology and will continue to learn from the kids. Cassy will provide educational resources for client specific training, and continue expanding on what is needed of our services.
